The only time it actually gets dirty is when I bring it to an Auto-shop and someone else has to drive it withtheir greasy hands. It ends up making a few places (near the door handle, the center console, the glovebox) turn a little offwhite. All you have to use is either some diluded Simple Green for dirt stains or 100% mineral paint thinner for the grease stains. Those cleaners take the spots right out and make it look brand new! The biggest adjustment I've had to make is now I have to condition my seats regularly so they dont get all coarse and start cracking.
